-> Gates open at 9:30 AM, activities from 10 AM – 5 PM

The event has no age limit—it is for the whole family, all ages are welcome. However, each activity may have its own age restrictions.

You don’t need to bring much!

For the Aqua Lough, please note that aqua socks are mandatory and can be purchased on-site.

Please bring:

• Swimwear (to be worn under the wetsuit)

• Sunscreen

• A towel to dry off with

• A change of clothes

A suitable wetsuit will be provided and must be worn, with your own swimwear underneath.

A PFD Buoyancy Aid (Life Vest) will also be provided and must be worn at all times without exception.

Communal-style changing areas (one male, one female) are available, as well as public rinse-off areas after your activity.

Lockers for valuables only are available. Please note: all personal items should be left with a non-participating member of your group. All items are left at the owner’s risk, as management cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged property.

No footwear, jewellery, watches, or glasses are permitted on the course itself, except for prescription goggles or items required for medical reasons. If you require an exception, please inform a member of staff.

For other activities like the climbing wall or The Tower, simply wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
